These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Astro Ventures LLC d/b/a BatchBook ("BatchBook," "we," "us," or "our"), a California limited liability company. By accessing or using the BatchBook service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
BatchBook provides scheduling and availability collection tools. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the service at any time. We will provide reasonable notice for any significant changes.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account. Keep your password safe and notify us immediately of any unauthorized access. You must be at least 16 years old to use BatchBook. If you are using BatchBook on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

Paid subscriptions are billed monthly or annually in advance. You may cancel at any time, and your subscription will remain active until the end of the billing period. Refunds are available within 14 days of purchase for new subscriptions. All fees are exclusive of taxes, and you are responsible for any applicable taxes.
BatchBook and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Astro Ventures LLC. You retain ownership of any content you submit to the service. By using BatchBook, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to use your content solely to provide and improve the service.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, BatchBook is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We are not liable for missed meetings, scheduling errors, lost data, or any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the service.
Our total aggregate liability for all claims arising out of or related to these Terms or the service is limited to the amount you paid for the service in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for (a) death or personal injury caused by negligence, (b) fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or (c) any liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law, including California Civil Code Section 1668.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Astro Ventures LLC and its officers, members, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your use of the service, your violation of these Terms, or your infringement of any third-party rights.
We may terminate or suspend your account for violations of these Terms with reasonable notice, except where immediate termination is necessary to protect the service or other users. You may delete your account at any time from your account settings.
Upon termination, you may request an export of your data within thirty (30) days by emailing hello@batchbook.io. After that period, we may delete your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in San Francisco County, California, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of such courts.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of any material changes at least thirty (30) days in advance via email or by posting a notice on our website. Continued use after the effective date of changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
