Service

BatchBook provides scheduling and availability collection tools. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the service at any time. We will provide reasonable notice for any significant changes.

Your Account

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account. Keep your password safe and notify us immediately of any unauthorized access. You must be at least 13 years old to use BatchBook.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use BatchBook for spam or unsolicited emails
  • Collect availability for illegal purposes
  • Attempt to access other users' data
  • Interfere with the service's operation
  • Violate any applicable laws or regulations
  • Upload malicious code or content

Payment Terms

Paid subscriptions are billed monthly or annually in advance. You may cancel at any time, and your subscription will remain active until the end of the billing period. Refunds are available within 14 days of purchase for new subscriptions.

Intellectual Property

BatchBook and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by us. You retain ownership of any content you submit to the service. By using BatchBook, you grant us a license to use your content solely to provide the service.

Limitation of Liability

BatchBook is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for missed meetings, scheduling errors, lost data, or any damages arising from use of the service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service in the past 12 months.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless BatchBook and its team from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the service or violation of these terms.

Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account for violations of these terms. You may delete your account at any time from your account settings. Upon termination, your right to use the service will cease immediately.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of San Francisco County, California.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of any material changes via email or by posting a notice on our website. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
