When you assign time slots and click send, each person receives an email with their scheduled meeting time and a calendar invite (.ics file) they can add to their calendar. You can customize the meeting location and message.
Yes! Pro users can reschedule respondents to different time slots even after invites have been sent. The respondent will receive an updated invite with the new time.
Pro users can connect their Google Calendar to automatically show busy times on the heat map. This helps you avoid double-booking when scheduling. More calendar integrations are coming soon.
