• Payment information when you subscribe (processed securely by Stripe)

• Provide the BatchBook scheduling service
• Send confirmation and scheduling emails
• Process payments for subscriptions
• Improve our product and user experience
• Provide customer support

We do not sell your data to third parties.

Emails

We send transactional emails only - availability confirmations, scheduling invites, and important account notifications. No marketing spam. You can always unsubscribe from optional communications.

Data Storage & Security

Your data is stored securely on servers in the United States. We use industry-standard encryption (TLS 1.3) for data in transit and AES-256 encryption for data at rest. Our infrastructure is hosted on trusted cloud providers with SOC 2 compliance.
